The terms for using this website, for joining the waitlist, and for subscribing to Vestae when subscriptions open.

Vestae is provided by Optimotive Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 05911196. Our registered office is 38 Windmill Avenue, Rubery, Birmingham, B45 9TA. Our VAT number is 452 2256 15.

Using this website
You are welcome to read this website and to contact us through it. The words, the photographs and the design on it are ours, and they are not yours to republish as your own work.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, and we do not promise that it will be either at every moment. What is written here describes Vestae as it stands today, and Vestae is in beta, so it moves.
The waitlist
Signups are closed at the moment. What this website takes today is waitlist registrations.
Registering interest is not a contract. It does not guarantee you a place, it does not reserve one, and it does not commit either of us to anything. We invite people as places open, and we may not be able to invite everyone who asks.
Joining the waitlist stores your email address, and your name if you give one. The privacy policy explains what happens to it.
What a subscription costs
There are four levels. Hearth is £29, Home is £99, Growth is £199 and Works is £349. Every one of those is per business per month and excludes VAT.
It is a flat rate for the business. It is never charged per user, and taking somebody on does not change what you pay.
There is no free level. The paid levels show as Opens after beta on this website because they are not open yet.
Trials
A trial starts on the Hearth level. The default trial length is currently 30 days.
Trial length is set per account, so it is not a guaranteed fixed period and we are not promising you 30 days as a right. Your account gets whatever it is set to, and we will tell you what that is before it starts.
Paying
Every price on this website excludes VAT. VAT is added where it applies.
If you pay annually, you pay for ten months and get twelve.
What we are responsible for
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Those stay as the law leaves them.
Beyond that, we are not liable to you for business losses: lost profit, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, or any loss that was not a foreseeable result of us getting something wrong.
Vestae is software, and software has bad days. Keep doing what a sensible business does anyway. Check what goes out under your name, and keep your own copy of anything you could not stand to lose.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If there is a dispute between us that we cannot settle ourselves, the courts of England and Wales are the ones that deal with it.
Changes to these terms
Vestae is in beta and these terms will change as it settles. The version on this page is the current one, and the date at the bottom tells you when it last moved.
