How this works
Every business starts with a 30 day trial on Hearth. You get set up, you get online, and you see what it does before you decide anything.
You are charged per business, not per person. Bringing in an apprentice, a bookkeeper, or the partner who does the invoices on a Sunday does not change the bill. There are no seat counts to watch and no usage meter running in the background.
Pay monthly, or pay for ten months and get twelve. When you move up, everything you have already put in comes with you. Nothing gets typed in twice.
While Vestae is in beta, invites come from the waitlist. Beta places are currently full: join the list and we will invite you as spots open. The paid levels open when the beta ends, and everyone on the list hears about it first.

Moving an established business over
If you are a sole trader you can do all of this yourself in an afternoon. If you have staff, stock, an accountant and years of records, it is a bigger job and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
We will do it with you: bring your customers, jobs and price lists over, set your people up with the right access, connect your email and your accounting, and sit with you until it is running. That is a paid piece of work from Optimotive, quoted once we know what you have.

Questions owners actually ask
Is that per user?
No. It is one price for the business, with unlimited people. Roles decide who can see what, and adding someone does not change the bill.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial runs for 30 days on Hearth. At the end you pick the level that fits and carry on. There is no free tier, so if you do nothing the account stops rather than quietly turning into one. We will tell you it is coming; you will not find out from a locked screen.
Are there any other charges?
No setup fee, and no per message or per job charges. Card payments go through your own provider account, so their fees are theirs and we do not add to them. Moving an established business over is quoted separately, because the work is real.
Can I move up or down?
Both. Move up the day you need the next thing and it applies to the records you already have, so nothing is re entered. If the business gets simpler or more seasonal you can move back down.
Is there a free tier?
No. Every account is a real setup with an AI operator doing real work on it every day, and a small firm cannot give that away and still be here next year. Hearth comes with a 30 day trial instead.
I am not sure which one I am.
