For owners who did not start a business to do admin
You are good at the work. Something else should be doing the paperwork.
Quotes, invoices, customers, bookings, documents and your website, kept up to date by an AI that works while you are out doing the job. You look at the end of the day and find it has already been done.

By the time you sit down, this has already happened
Not a list of things you could do if you had a spare evening. One ordinary Tuesday, in the order it happened.
- 06:40
Last night's enquiry already has an answer
It came in at twenty past eleven. It was answered before you were awake, with the slots you actually have free and your real prices.
- 09:15
The quote went out before you got back to the van
You said what the job was. It priced it off your own price list, put it on your own letterhead and sent it, while you were still on site.
- 11:30
The booking went in the diary
They took one of the slots. Confirmation sent, reminder set, and the job is on the calendar everyone in the business shares.
- 13:50
The parts came off the shelf on their own
Two used on the job. Stock knows, the cost is on the job, and the reorder is flagged before you run out on a Friday afternoon.
- 16:25
The job closed and the invoice went with it
Photographs, signature, invoice. Raised the day the work finished, rather than the Sunday you finally sat down to it.
- 17:00
The one who has not paid was chased
Politely, for the third time. You are never the one who has to ring up and ask twice.
- 20:30
You read the day back
Everything it did, in plain English, in the order it happened. You say yes, no, or do it differently, and it stays corrected.
Nothing on this list needed you at a desk.
Which one is you?
Three different starting points, three different ways in. They all end up in the same place.
I have an idea, but no company yet
Sole trader or limited company, what to register for and when, and what your trade must be insured for. Then a brand and a real website, live the same afternoon.
Starting a businessI am trading, and the admin is on paper
The quote you meant to send from the van, the invoice that waits until Sunday, the customer who has not paid. Done while you are on site rather than queued for your evening.
Sole traders and small firmsI have a team, stock and an accountant
Four systems that do not talk, and somebody in the office being the integration between them. One set of records, your accounting and email kept, and we move you over with you.
Established businessesIt is an hours problem, not a discipline problem
The work gets done. It is the hour afterwards that does not, and that is not a character flaw. You are one person doing the job of about four, and the office one is the only one that can be put off without anybody noticing today. It just compounds, quietly, until a Sunday disappears into it.
So this does not hand you another system to keep on top of. It does the office job, and you talk to it the way you would talk to somebody sat in your office. Most of the time it has already happened by the time you mention it.
The business runs, the records keep themselves, and the evenings go back to being evenings.

It takes an afternoon, not a project
You have a business to run today, so setting this up cannot be the job.
Tell it what you do
One conversation: your trade, your prices, your hours, how you like things worded. No forms to plan, no consultant, no meetings about meetings.
Hand it the paper
The customer list off your phone, the price list off the spreadsheet, the old invoices. It types them in so you never have to sit down and do it.
Then it keeps going without you
From that afternoon on it quotes, invoices, books and answers while you work. You check what it did and say yes, no, or do it differently.
Correct it once
Tell it you never charge for a first callout, or that this customer always pays late, and it stays corrected. It learns your business rather than making you learn it.
This website is the product
You are looking at a Vestae account. The pages, the words, the photographs and the brand were all made inside it, by the same Vestae a customer gets, in an afternoon. Optimotive runs on it too.
The film on the capabilities page came off the media studio canvas: the brand kit into a still, the still into eight seconds of video. Nobody held a camera. The pricing came out of competitor research done with the research tool and saved as a brief. If you want to see the screens, they are on that page too, taken from this account.
Four levels, and you move up when your business does
One price for the business, however many of you there are. Prices exclude VAT. Vestae is in beta and beta places are currently full: join the waitlist and we will invite you as spots open. The paid levels open when the beta ends.

What owners ask before they start
Will it send things to my customers without me seeing them first?
Only where you tell it to. It drafts and waits by default: quotes, invoices and replies sit ready for a yes from you. Once you trust it with a particular kind of job, say so, and it sends those on its own. You can take that back the same day.
Is that price per user?
No. It is one price for the business, with unlimited people. Roles decide who sees what, and taking someone on does not change the bill.
I have staff, stock and an accountant already.
Then it is a migration rather than a signup, and we do it with you: your customers and jobs brought over, your people set up with the right access, your email and accounting connected. Tell us what you are on and we will tell you what it involves.
What happens when it gets a quote wrong?
You correct it and tell it why. It keeps the correction and prices that kind of job your way from then on, so the same mistake does not come back next month.
I am not technical.
You talk to it the way you would talk to someone sat in your office: what happened, what you need, who is waiting. If you can describe a job down the phone, you can get a quote out of it.
What happens to my diary and my spreadsheets?
They come in as they are, and they stay where they are until you say otherwise. Customers, suppliers and price lists get typed up for you. If getting your own work in meant retyping years of it, you would stop on day one, and you would be right to.
Is my customer data mine?
Yes. Your records are yours, you can export them, and if you go you take them with you. Being hard to leave is not how we plan to keep you.
What happens when the 30 days are up?
We tell you before it ends, you decide whether to carry on, and nothing is charged by surprise. If you walk away, the work already done still comes out with you.
Is there a free version?
No. Every account is a real setup with Vestae doing real work on it every day, and a small firm cannot give that away and still be here next year. Hearth comes with a 30 day trial instead.
I have not started the business yet. Is it too early?
No, that is what Hearth is for. It tells you whether to be a sole trader or a limited company for what you are doing, what you have to register for and when, and what your trade must be insured for. Then it puts you online.
Tonight, do nothing.
Join the waitlist, and when your invite arrives, spend an afternoon telling it how you work, bringing your customer list and your price list with you. See what has already been done by the time you sit down the next night.
